Clifton Terrace School Triathlon

On the 13th of March the whole of C.T.S ran for their lives. The events of the Triathlon were running , biking & swimming. At the end of the races the winners  stood on the winning blocks. 

It felt breath taking and exiting! our hearts were beating extremely fast.

Senior swimming sports

 On Tuesday morning, the 3rd of March, the senior swimming sports began!  It was a fresh, sunny morning.  We headed for the pool at 9.15 ready to swim for our lives.

The swimming sports started as Mr Burt clapped two wooden blocks together as hard as he could.

Races included freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, medleys, fun races and a district relay.

It was an exciting day for all.  We are so lucky that our swimming pool is now heated.

If we got a placing in a race, we stood on the winning podium.  The crowd clapped and cheered.

Room 2 Rabbit Island

The bumpy bus was steaming as we arrived at the discovering island.  It was a magical moment seeing the pure blue water that sparkled in the bright sun light.  It made you feel like you were the heart inside of the sea.  The sand crept over your feet and tickled your toes while you walked through the water as you tried not to stand on the little crabs.  The sand sculptures were discovering and interesting.  You could use your imagination and have bright ideas about mermaids, fish, crabs and more.  Later we all walked through the thick green plants and discovered insects and nature.  We found logs and beautiful green tall trees that shimmered in the light breeze. On the way home there was a cool breeze blowing through the windows which felt like the Antarctica sea.
